Helsinger’s ready catering packages for meetings make organizing your event effortless. Our ready-made packages cover everything from a two-person conference to the needs of a twenty-person meeting.

End your meeting with a relaxed after work or a long-form dinner. If you can’t find an option that suits you in our selection of ready-made sets, ask for a quote and we will customize a set that exactly meets your needs. In addition to our cozy cabinets, our restaurant and Lounge Bar are at your disposal, and Helsinger’s entire selection can be ordered for meeting rooms either in advance or on site.

In addition to catering, all packages include: A meeting room for the number of people according to your needs, an LED screen, which can be shared wirelessly and by cable, Wi-Fi connection and note-taking equipment. In addition, the following accessories are available for the cabinet free of charge: Jabra conference speaker, Ringlight photography light, flipchart and stand for laptop
